Natural cure is best. Please do some research on Azomite dust. I Have used it on my fruit trees here in Fresno, Ca. and the results are wonderful. My trees used to get bark borers, and each year I would have to cut off dead limbs. After Azomite, the trees no longer have the borers (beetles) and the fruit is twice the size and so sweet, you will never buy supermarket fruit again. A little internet research will find oaks saved and rejuvenated with mineral dust.

Put a multivitaman and multi mineral pill in
one gallon of water for each tree, When the
vitamin dissolves stir or shake then apply
about 12-16 inches from trunk on roots.
If you have black moldlike stuff on the
leaves put say 3 oz liquid dish soap to a gallon of water and spray onto leaves, After
2 days wash soap residue and mold right off!! Don't forget to fertilize and add some epsom
salt to the trees also 4 times a year until
they are healthy again.
