There is a mistake in the video... The man(God) shown with snake on his neck is exactly not SHIVA.. It is Shankara.. Shankara is often confused as Shiva because Shankara is the representation of a human who attained full energy from Shiva Almighty.. Aim of every Human is to reach similar to Shankara... Also Shankara has a form while Shiva (Almighty) dont hav a form.

Shiv-ling only means, identity of Shiva. In Hindi, ling also means identity or pehchan. Shiva-ling represents the human skull. 100 billion nurons in human brain can be called 'mini cosmos' as they consist 5 tatvas and various energies prevailing in Cosmos.

@33vishnu : Hello: Shiva and Shankar are one. As Vishu and Padmnabh are one. They are mere different names of same god. Each name equaling to unique quality. Form of shankar are formed in two forms. One is with Shivling ot just called Ling and some places as a statue. So the man with snakes is nothing but Shiva. You are pulling some nonsense logic.
