And by the way, this evoking of fear and outright foolishness is starting to become very hackneyed. I would respect this news organization a lot more if they simply cut this S*#T out. Unfortunately we know that is not going to happen.

This is just getting to the point of pure ridiculousness. What kind of people would question the intention of our school system. The president only talked about motivating kids about school, but no heaven forbid, let's not only attack him but attack the ENTIRE DOE itself. Funny how this was not brought up when past presidents talked to kids in school.

I don't want this piece of shit excuse for a president speaking to my kids....when his mouth is moving he's lying

"Requires schools, receiving federal funds, to teach about the environmental challenges facing the planet. In other words, brainwash the young and impressionable..."
WTF? How is teaching kids about global warming, which has been proven, and the imminent threat brought forth by increased CO2 emissions, brainwashing. Why are Republicans so STUPID and why do they make Americans and right wing individuals look crazy and absolutely stupid.

@kakashi76767 oh no kids are learning things that are real.

Reagan spoke to kids, Bush read to kids on 9/11.
JFK yelled "Ask not what your country can do for you, ask what you can do for your country".
Isn't this the American "United We Stand, Divided We Fall"?
Why does FoxNews hate America?

Who cares about "brand Obama?" Will most of these kids even be old enough to vote in 2012? If she means liberal bias, then fine, but leave "brand Obama" out of it. And talk of getting brainwashed is comical coming from conservatives since many of them advocate religion in schools, which is the same thing, albeit much less beneficial. I'd much rather my children get brainwashed to be "eco warriors" than Christian zealots.
