    I'm a World Kettlebell Club Master Trainer, Coach and Competition Judge -Do you really think I can't do more reps -gimme a break. Shall I expect you on my Judge's Platform at the 2011 WKC World Kettlebell Lifting Championships to back up your comments?

  • I know its a push press -but frankly I keep the terms simple. The point of the video is that I'm taking 106- pounds of iron and effortlessly tossing it around demonstrating explosive power -why? Because I can. Why are you taking a kettlebell and doing a simple shoulder press with it? Wow its 40kg is that supposed to be impressive. I have female clients that can jerk 40kg. I can single handedly jerk 115 lb kettlebelll from a single handed rack -no problem. AKC isn't hard stlye.

  • Its nice to see people in the world that have enough time to post useless comments. Its a "Push Press" -as far as the "World Kettlebell Club" is concerned -I'm not an RKC guy. I'm only 180-lbs -heavy lifting is more impressive when your own body weight is under 200lbs. I'm also a Cancer Survivor - I used to walk with a cane and couldn't lift more than 30lbs 15-years ago -Because of this my focus is on strength and "Extreme Agility" -not what terms I should list on a limited space video post.

  • Thanks! They don't have kettlebells at my location in Schaumburg either. All of the equipment I use is my own equipment -including all of my kettlebells -both classic and professional.

    And WTF is the point of the flip clean thingy. And then standing on one foot after you pushpressed from a two- handed rack.

    I don't mean to sound rough, but come on bro!???? with the exception of the two hands the pushpress was solid!
