  • Good weight, I like how people talk garbage on peoples videos. I've seen your video with 491 raw at a meet, that is impressive. If you can bounce 460, then bounce 460, it would crush most people. I dont' know too many people that can unrack 460. Good stuff

  • if you are in kentucky then you are the man i need to seek. my bench sucks!! i have a squat around 600, never have truly maxed, a deadlift over 600, and a terrible 325 bench. i am just real tall and have long arms.

  • Seen your other clips to, great raw power. It's nice to see a guy doing an old fashoned bench press with his back and glutes flat on a bench. Excellent!!!

  • My chest hurts just watching this video.

    I broke my sternum a few years ago, not from working out mind you. So I never, ever bounce.

    I will say though, you are a ton stronger then me, bouncing or not.

    I just don't subscribe to bouncing off the chest method, but whatever works for you, works for you.

    The best I've put up so far would be 165 lbs. But then again I just started lifting seriously in January and I weigh 140.
