  • what are those robben ford 'outside' scales you're using

  • @beeeastmaster

I use the lydian dominant scale, that's a mixolidyan with #4..it gives your playin' a Jazzy tone, a little sense of outside the common way to play the blues.

  • I am intrested in gettin this guitar. 1 thing i want to know is will lowering the action on the guitar effect the sound of the guitar. becuase i lowered the action on a crappy encore and it totaly changed sound. but i lowered the action on my Vintage Vrs and made no difference to the sound?

  • @stephen102 I think that the only problem, if you set the strings too low on neck, is that you could loose sound, because stings maybe could touch any fret! so, middle way is reccommend, for me!

  • @beeeastmaster he plays nice...good sound and technique etc...expensive amp is possibly helping the tone.....but i want something fresh from blues...there are thousands on you tube playing same stuff...gimme something fresh with it..!

  • @ivncdo0809 Hi! my personal opinion is that a guitar with single coil pickups has got more versatility..this guitar has got pickups really powerful..so, they're single coil, but with energy really near to an humbucker..anyway, the definitive choice is only in your hands..let's try every guitar, every model..and then make your choice!

  • @blueslife82 this or the vintage v100?? what would you reccomend to me?? i like all genres but speacially red hot chili peppers jimi hendrix and led zeppelin.....

  • @liamzuid
