Does wii patch any sort of glitches?

For COD 5 they did patch some I think, but for This video, port, you're not necessarily glitching, but for the monastery how i can get on the roofs and out of the map and walk around the map, i don't think they patched that

If you want to show us a decent glitch, learn the roof glitch by far the hardest in the game (done in port)
