Skipping rope has always been a huge part of my training, whether for fitness or for boxing. I'm always looking to add variation to my skipping routines to make things more interesting. Here are 23 skipping rope exercises you can add to your routine.

  • what rope are you using? im a newb but i want to buy a rope , are there more types of ropes?

  • @jamaika112 just get a simple speed rope. That's what I would start with (and what I'm using in the video). You can also get a weighted rope in the future - it's a great alternative.

  • This man makes this look simple but he is really a fantastic skipper. I would try most of those skipping excersises all my life and never get them done. Keep up the good work.

  • Hi im only 11 but does this keep you fit if you do it regularly. i do this for 30 minutes outside every morning, just wondering if that is enough? Nice video.
