about a week ago i was driving home around 5 am on a sunday morning (i live by jb park and telegraph) and there was this like light just round and bright and it would be in one spot and then would like disappear and then appear again but far away from the spot where it was at first and at times it would move with the lights on but it moved to fast to be a normal airplane idk maybe it's something with the military but it was really weird

I used to see this same thing when i was a kid in the late 80's early 90's. Some of my friends parents saw this when they were young in the 60's.

I was looking at Saturn which happened to be very near the moon when I saw a flashing light blink in between the two randomly and seemed to circle the moon....
