In this tutorial I will show you how to change the time format form the defult (24 hour) to 12 hour.This will work with Windows 7 and Windows Vista.

Goto Start > Control Panel > Clock Language and region > Change the date, time, or number > then Shortime hh:mm tt , Longtime hh:mm:ss tt

By the way I done this video on Windows 7, But It's the same for Vista.
(yes I also have vista on my laptop ;P)
