I have a bad habbit of eating when I am not hungry.I am not over weight but I am not also very happy with my body.I want to have falt tommy. I am happy with the other parts of my body.tell me how to get rid of that fat...By the way I do exercise every day for 45 min and it is intense..

I love ur al videos and one thing i want to hear from u is wat abt overweight ppl who lost craving fr food itself,they eat less/normal healthy food,workout regularly but stil dosent see n.e.differences in their body and plus to that d weight goes increasing...

could you explain why our body wants to do things that are not good for us? as not working out or eat junk food? thanks!

yoga and/or other exercises for people with knee problems. I cant do any kind of exercise where my knees are turned in or out such as plea's, even slightly turned messes me up. I must make sure my legs/knees are straight forward or backward when doing any leg/knee exersizes. Even leg lifts or kicks hurts the knees if they are to the side at all. Then I have to wait to heal and start all over again trying not to mess them up again.
Could you provide more information about the beginning of your personal journey? Specifically, what kept you motivated? What were some of the toughest obstacles you faced, and how did you overcome them?

I love this term "Fat loss" its so much more optimistic than weight loss.
