Did you get an infection after the sutures were removed?
They should be cut right where they come out of the skin, so you don't drag the part that was outside, through the wound.
I don't know if I explained it comprehensible, because my english isn't very good :)

I shattered my face on concrete doing parkour, and have to have major reconstructive surgery, and they said i could take them out myself, or go have a doctor do it. So i had my mom do it. easier that way.
