hey I stayed @ this place also. I had a great time. my only complaint was the food....it completely sucked. the sodas were flat, and everything just sucked. The club they had on the property was terrible also because no one was in there but other than that it was a great time. check out the video of this place on my page.

The biggest issue I have with the service industry in Mex is that people are not helpful. In most cases, hotel staff will point fingers and you have to do alot of legwork.
Then you're always bombarded by people trying to sell you stuff you don't want or need.
I don't really think there's such thing as going to Mexico and enjoying a true 5 star vacation.
On the other hand, the view in Cancun is great.
If you're to go anywhere, I'd say the best experience we had was at the Palace Resorts.
