There is a very fundamental dichotomy here. Freedom of speech is a right to speak what the individual believes to be the truth. However that belief can be extremely damaging to those against whom such truths are directed. Is it not merely justice that the defamed individual has the right to require his or her detractors to prove the accuracy of their truths before a Judge and Jury and if they are unable so to do be required to pay compensation for the damage done to his reputation?

Not in the USA, we do not let the rich silence us,by making us prove anything ,but so called injured party must show how he is injured.England protects the rich ,so we won't allow our citizens to be sued for libel there.Simple solution.

The Saudis are Wahabi's. This was a man made sect within the religion and was made with the help of the British along with a corrupt family called the Saud family from Najd, east side of Arabia. The British gave them so much power, they ruled the land and thus made a royal family. In Islam, you do not have royalality but a leader which is elected.
