  • @inZaNeSc2 No hyperhidrosis means that you sweat the WHOLE time, so your armpits/hand/face/feet sweat the whole day even when you're just chilling = those places are always wet and not just wet but extremely wet!!!!!!!

  • Thank for you info, but normally we are affraiding about sugeric side effects

  • I have hyperhidrosis and it helps if you take a bath in rubbing alcohol and lemon it helps you no to sweat as bad as you do or you might not sweat at all. it just helps to keep it under control.

  • @ inZaNeSc2 ... There is no need to be diagnosed.. just fix it. Stress (being afraid, embarrassed, worry, etc) triggers your sympathetic nervous system. The same body responses happen when a bear is about to attack you. Sympathetic = Fight/Flight. You need to strengthen your Para-sympathetic (Feed/Breed). Chiropractic, breathing exercises, meditation, visualization are all different ways to strengthen your Para-sympathetic nervous system which will help with excessive sweating.

  • I think I also sweat alot when I'm "afraid" and feels for it to come and then it usually happens else I don't sweat too much, but it's still hyperhidrosis? o:

  • thanks for the info. although ive heard most of this already. Im a 20 yr old male that suffers from auxillary HH. Ive tried a number of medications but nothing seems to help :( im going to try sweatblock next. it should arrive this week. I'll let you know how it goes

  • THANK YOU. Its important that this becomes more known.

  • compensatory sweating from surgery is often as bad or worse than the original sweating

  • Great info, thank you. I am 18, and been dealing with this as long as I can remember, thank you. I knew most of this info, from my doc. Thank you very much!
