Ive got nothing against ellen, but she really didnt work for american idol, she not only lacks musical knowledge but she didnt fit in with the other three judges and just had no connection with the show, i mean if it was last comic standing then she would be a perfect judge but american idol no.

Uh, without the judges, how would the contest go on? She has the same amount of right to judge them as Simon and everyone else. That's kinda why she was picked.
