  • Wushu is a VERY COMPLETE sport; there are a lot of basic aspects that you can't see unless you practise it. you need a lot of strength, flexibility, balance, concentration... If weightlifting, for example, is an olimpic sport, wushu should be olimpic, too. That's just what I think, i'm not judging anything.

  • no one can call you ignorant for not enjoying wushu nor can you call someone ignorant for not enjoying chess.

the fact is you're right when you say people have different taste however its not only that, when you learn to understand and know what a sport really is you can enjoy it, you obviously don't understand what wushu is and because of tat you don't understand why wushu artists like myself fight over why we want it to be part of the olympics.

  • What is the name of the song in the first part of the video?

  • Awesome! :D

  • This just makes men's gymnastics seem so boring.... :)

  • @loeaglelo haha yea i understan thx for hte explaination man. Sanda rocks !!! after learning it now i know haha . see you pal

  • @mnkystyle It's ok, everyone has their own opinions, no one will judge you. we just happen to love practicing Wushu and watching good athletes perform. (I do think that if you haven't practiced Wushu, you should give it a chance--for me, once I got serious about practicing wushu, I began to have a much greater appreciation for how difficult it really is to master).

  • @MechPhantom if you're talking about the taolu (form) aspect of competitive wushu, then you're right--it's not combative. However, remember that Wushu is not limited to forms only--Sanda is the competitive branch of Wushu that emphasizes sparring (it is similar to MMA in many ways).

  • 有谁知道南拳之后那个是什么拳法啊?

  • simplemente hermoso.

    P.D. yo también practico KFW

  • @mnkystyle If I feel that way about something, I try to imagine how hard it would be to actually do it, how much effort the training requires and how much focus the performance takes. Then think about whether or not you should be impressed.

  • @SeltyOrihime i wanna know, too
