A few weeks ago I stopped eating/drinking coffee and stayed away from sugar for 3 days and I noticed that my allergies practically went away! Unfortunately I've eaten those food recently and my allergies and constipation and bloating and uncomfortable feeling is back..so I think I'll try to stay away from sugar permanently for my guts sake. Any other recommendations?

I wouldn't say that it's food particles that's the problem with leaky gut syndrome but the bacteria that are coming through and can cause serious illnes...
