  • Why is this 60% thumbed up? You should put petroleum based products on tattoos!

  • Lol don't listen to this guy

  • my tattoo artist got this weird jelly stuff to sterilize the area and when the tattoo was finished she she rinsed it with this stuff i see all tattoo artist use then she put this weird goo over it and then cling film and told me to clean it with warm soapy water then dab dry then air dry for 2min then put this stuff called bupanthen over it then more cling film, you only need the cling film for about two days but keep cleaning every 3 hours for 7-10 days and dont scratch it slap it if its itchy

  • soon as he said patrolium jelly i though ohh fuk off, dislike, no way do you put patrolium jelly on a tattoo

  • He looks like one of the samurai queers off Drillbit Taylor in that shirt!!!

  • your 1920's tape dispensor is now cross contaminated and so is the jar with your bandages....

  • For my aftercare I use a&d, I have had the tattoo for two days now is it okay if it is still releasing fluid there is no blood but there is a clear fluid should I wash it off? Also as my lotion I want to use aveeno. Help!

  • what an idiot, its better to air out the tattoo then suffocating it therefore it'll make the tattoo look like its fading, and goes for vaseline theres more chance of getting an infection since its so thick, neosporin used for open wounds and makes heals them faster but not recommended for tattoos which would fade a tattoo also. best ointment/lotions- a&d ointment, auqaphor, tattoo goo, lubriderm. so far thats what most professional tattoo artists would recommend

  • I heard your not supposed to use vaseline???

  • @RGWW Vaseline is petrolatum based onitment, and it will make the ink come out! I also learned that you should not have plastic on, just the paper or bandage.
