You're a fool. Deindustrialisation began in the 1960s because of Labour's disasterous economic policies the Japanese and Germans were arse raping British industry in terms of competition.
If Thatcherite policies had been persued in the 1950s, we would still be the biggest economy in Europe today. With the strongest industry.
