  • The company I work for recently bought a company that is union and destined to be closed. The workforce there voted to remain union. We are not union. Our wages and benefits package are better than what their union offers. Unions are not all they're cracked up to be.

  • Corporations are the ones who imtimidate and harass employess for even thinking about forming a labor union. The NLRB is in BIG BUSINESSes pockets and the system is broken. The problem is the 42 day grace period administered by the NLRB is a UNION BASHING period by the Company. The company can get there anti union story out as the UNION cannot get there story across. This needs to change because PAY CHECKS for CEOS keep getting bigger while the working man keeps getting smaller

  • Unions intimidate workers into signing cards, then won't allow workers a period to think about it. Corporations can't use the education period, which is there to actually inform workers, in any way that unions can't.

  • Corporations use the election process to delay and intimidate workers.
