WildBlue chief executive Tom Moore explains the company's new broadband service, which delivers speeds of about 12 Mbps, on par with typical high-speed Internet offers from cable and telcos. The WildBlue service is soft launching in Colorado and a handful of other states, with full nationwide roll out next year.

  • Another I'm with Dish Network and I have to wait for it.I has AT&T USB Wireless Aircard and Wildblue is closer to wireless, the prices and GB's.

  • I have the Wildblue now for 5 months and I have slow speeds the whole time I had it.Over 11 Dish techs out here and I'm still most of the time. And they say after %70 and speed slow.If you got percents left over,it go over to next month, you are still paying for last months percent. They say the new satellite was to compete with DSL and Cable.I'm seen cable over 10 yrs ago,it does not.I draw disability and I'm in a rural area.I see complaints all over the place and I have it.This is not hype.

  • @jrb12571 You can't prove that until they release it... so chill and wait for them to release it. Not much on the slow speeds right now because there are sao many people using

  • You don't get 100% of service, high price and no GB's.The same 2 yrs contract and the same broken promise= no better

  • Not even close to Fiber. Plus Fiber doesn't have the ridiculous data limits. Don't buy into the hype people. Better satellite does not equal better experience for you. It means more customers for them to cram onto the satellite to compete with you for bandwidth. Once that puppy fills up you will be back to the good ole click and wait routine. I recommend building models or reading a book while you browse so you don't get bored.

  • No where near the speed of fiber
