My sons truck up for sale

Ok i have a 1977 dodge pickup. I bought the truck off of one of my buddies. It was a military truck then they sold it to maryland heights firedepartment. the truck when i got it was 4 different colors so i used 23 cans of flat black spray paint to kind of fix it. The truck DOES have a clean title. The gauges in the truck do not work. i think its wiring because when the fire dep. sold the truck to my buddy they ripped all kinds of lights out. I took the interior light and put in 3 blue neons. the truck is a 1 1/4 ton and the wheels are 8 lug. So it is a work horse. i have only used it as a mud truck and ive gotten stuck once. Very nice truck has 360 motor. I would want atleasr 3500 so if the fourwheeler is only worth 2500 i would need another grand. if you look this truck up on ebay it goes for more than that. my grandad bought a 77 Chevy C10 with power steering power brakes auto trans, and an old corvette 350 and th350 trans with working gauges and the body in better shape than this for $500, so how you gonna get 3500 for this? every old dodge around here has been sold...at the scales

As the title says, this is my sons truck. I want this truck gone NOW so the first person to contact me with a decent offer....don't try to pull no $150 either, its worth more than that in scrap.....I do not expect and know that 3500 is not even close to what he will get so a REASONABLE offer will be accepted.

This thing is still for sale on Craigslist. That alone should tell you something. You aren't going to get what you want out of it. Sometimes, you just gotta cut your losses and take whatever someone offers.

Not sure what your offer to him was. Will let him know you posted this. I wish he would have set this up on his own acct but the kid needs to sell/trade it for something he can drive everyday!

this aint no 3500 to anyone here, its about 350-800 bucks. I buy em constantly for parts and sell them. they are not rare by any means in this part of the country
