My cat loves broccoli!!!

I caught my cat going to town on my broccoli a few days ago! LOL

I should see if my kitty likes broccoli... He goes absolutely nuts when we open up the plastic containers full of spring greens and spinach, and gets upset if we don't give him some in his bowl when we take it out of the fridge.

lol funny, my cat likes chocolate, i have to eat it in another room away from him otherwise he comes running and meowing for it, he goes crazy when he heres the wrapper

Cats eat grass, in small quantity. Give them access to a garden (or brocoli :) and no pesticides !

Some weird foods that they eat like olives are for the salt content, and some foods such as cooked mushrooms are because they like the texture, and some they eat just cos they like the taste. Go figure.

My vet says that cats will eat veges both to clean out fur balls in their stomachs and to supplement vitamins that are missing in their diet. Cheap tinned or dried pet food is often undernourishing and animals instinctively know what veges to go for to make up their vitamin needs. If it is not about the fur balls, then try giving something like chicken livers, egg yolks or fish heads/guts (if you buy whole fish) once per week which are all rich in vitamins & minerals.

well cats do eat grass to help digest the hair they swallow when cleaning themselves.....so broccoli and grass r close in color.:))

The only food my cat eats of the floor that's not cat food is toast crumbs, pasta, and cinnamon twist crumbs

after seeing this I actually got some broccoli and gave it to the cats (got 3) one actually ate it and seems to like it alot! <3
