@buildinup4 first of all, use the correct form of "our" not "are" it gives a bad impression right off that bat.
Because North has played Cirque Du Soleil music in the past it doesn't make it their music. All it means is they performed it. In the Macy's Parade, North performed a piece that West performed several years ago. This is likely because it is a great patriotic piece and because of connections to Rick Kirby who has written for all Waukesha Schools in the past.

@buildinup4 The music for the performance must be around a minute. Also, if I'm correct, this song is not an exact copy of yours (According to a junior in your band) I can understand your stance, but you do not own that music exclusively.

@buildinup4 Our music was written for us by Rick Kirby I believe, who writes music for both West and yours truly. Nice try!
