Sanger is Zengar's English name. Many character's names got 'replaced' during the localization process of the GBA OG series.

Get this. This OG series is a fuse of all Banpresto originals. The storyline has been edited to an original plot not heavily exact to their origins. Heck, in order for it to make sense, they have to fuse the character relations from different titles, such as Sanger once leading the ATX team, where Kyosuke and Excellen is.

About the Elemental Lords and La Gias, nothing is set as stone there yet. So anything had happened.
