Vote YES on Amendment 4

Are you kidding me?? Vote NO on 4. Any building being built now was approved years ago when the housing market was good. So these claims are ridiculous if you want an example check out St. Petersburg, and whats the point of heiring a representative whose job is to do decide on these things? If you plan to vote on 4 you really need to do more research and not watch these types of videos for your information.

@southcarolina2 Maybe you should consider the fact how this amendment also affects capitalism and entrepreneurship, and how it can negatively affect the job market. Anyone who supports amendment 4 is a fool with no real understanding of how much of a major negative impact this will have. We might as well be a communist country with this amendment.

You have been listening to the negative ads. Yes on 4 will not negatively affect capitalism and entrpreneurship. It will however give you a voice when there is a change to the comprehensive land use plan. If there is a golf course in your city, and a land speculator or developer or builder wants to change it from a golf course to a condo community and you city council approves it, wouldn't you want to have a vote too?

Even now, with about 300,000 residential units sitting empty around the state, the push to build continues. Since 2007, local governments have approved zoning and other land use changes that would add 550,000 residential units and 1.4 billion square feet of commercial space, state figures show.

Any new changes to a land use plan in your neighborhood will still be voted on by your local government, approved by the State and then voted on by the you the residents at the next election. Vote Yes...
