This year, Specialized brings one of the best trail bikes out there to the table. For 2012 there is an oversized axle and wider spacing in the back end of the bike. This is awesome for keeping the back end stiff, strengthens the back wheel and favors an aggressive rider. A 2x10 drivetrain eliminates the larger underutilized chainring, and when paired with an oversized 36 tooth cog in the back, you eliminate redundant gears, smooth out the shifting process, and reduce weight. Specialized has included a new feature called Auto sag, which is designed to measure your weight including all your gear to give you perfect sag every time.
