Race in this question is irrelevent. Any group of people similarly singled out and subjected to decades of liberal racisim would act with the same dependence on govt and lack of individual repsonsibility as has been promoted and engineered by the left.

The answer is that any group of people who look to govt in all areas of life would wait for govt to make them leave when they ought to, but go willingly to a govt ceremony that celebrates a promise of more govt to meet their needs.
