@DaMan1964 I'll tell you why he never made it big.Because just when he started getting some notice and released his first album which wasn't really great production wise,Nirvana happened.Then that kind of 70's era Rolling Stones/blues rock sound went out of style.That is why a very ordinary novelty band of 14-year olds, too young to really understand what rock was about called Silverchair became popular whereas established songwriters like Nick Barker never really quite made it on a large scale.
