Just taking part in the Parkour Generations 1000 muscle up challenge, clearly no where close to the level of those warriors but I certainly got an impression of the feat they undertook. Big shout to all those who went out to get over the bar, whether it was just one or one thousand. x

  • Great work dude. Thanks for being with us in spirit on the day, and for sharing our suffering! You're totally right though, the muscles were willing but the elbows started to go at around the 500 mark.

  • @cpk4life Massive congrats to you guys mate, I cant imagine how awful the elbows and wrists must have been feeling come the end of the day, thats a great time for getting 500 of them, but I can totally imagine how the ability curve for them must get steep very fast. Awesome feat.
