The sauce that was the result of all of the ingredients looks delicious.We've never had bacalao but have seen it in the grocery store. Will have to get up enough nerve to duplicate this one by you.
Really impressed with everything on this one as you had the garlic infuse the oil and it was just a slow but completely appetizing dish that plated as an award winner.
Thanks again my love. Got to try it as soon as I do a little research on the salted fish;as this dish is both simple and complex
