It doesn't have the logo on the handset itself. It may come with a Vodafone theme and software but that is fully customisable.

May i ask a question, say if i got a vodafone blackberry curve 8520 and i wanted to switch my sim to a virgin would it be become a virgin blackberry instead of a vodafone version ?

You could have the phone unlocked so that it would accept the Virgin SIM. You can do this by filling out the form here: campaigns.vodafone.co.uk/Unloc­kCodeRequestForm.
