There is wholesome hip-hop out there, but again, people don't know about it because some think what is wholesome is in the commercial, secular rap. That's the irony...but there artists like Playdough, Trip Lee, LeCrae, who fight this trend with truth in their lyrics.

It's not a color thing per say, it's just that the majority of secular rap artists are so self-serving and commercial that the only hip-hop worth listening to right now is Holy Hip Hop.
