@ethioman666 you sound white. first off, your belt is irrelevant in a fight. i'm red but i routinely whoop black belt ass. secondly, try googling pro tkd fights and see how many time the "spinning hook" is used. Frankly, it's an overrated kick. I thought this was a pretty lousy fight both fighters were pretty straightforward and i could read them relatively simply. But, way to go i guess!

@twangijselhart they jump to make it seem as they are about to attack. its a psychological thing. it also makes your kicking faster when needed. so yea i guess you ca say reflexes as well.
