Europe is proving that Cap and Trade is working... I will agree with Beeirish1965 that the fear propaganda is an effort by those fat cats already controlling our economy and many of our politicians... these and those sheep willing to be moved by fear and lies are the very things that will make America fall behind while other countries take the lead in new sources of renewable energies...
