@ERICLEEPARKER there was one posted a while ago, just search for adjustable kettlebell, its the 8th video from the top. you just open the bottom with an allen key and then adjust the plates with a wrench, thats all included with the adjustable kettlebell.

I have like most of the things you have been selling , but you did not show us how the kettlebells are adjustable and that is making me weary about this product , you need to give us a demonstration how they are adjustable before anyone should buy this
