i didnt see you use any PAH DEHK. ( home made fish sauce that smells really strong)

mmmmmmmm.... never used dried shrimp and sugar... usually with fish sauce garlic peppers papaya and padek.....
you can also make different variations with carrots, and my favorite cucumber (tha mak teng)

Eat the salad right after making it to avoid the papaya getting soggy. Shredded papaya can be stored in a plastic bag, in the fridge for up to two days.

Before shredding, remove all the green outer skin. Stop shredding before reaching the seeds.

I have not made a sweet and sour sauce for deep fried fish but my wet site has a lot of dipping saucees for many dishes. Check my site out.
