@MrPapazap The only KR's in the 90's were Shin. J and ZO and they were all movies. It wasn't until Kuuga in 1999 that Kamen Rider returned and replaced Metal Hero.

@frostmourne1986 Yep I like the concept too. I actually thought at first, Hibiki was a Kamen Rider from 90s or something but I saw the camera quality and the effects..

I found Hibiki's change of style from the traditional Toku to be really refreshing, then the damned higher ups interfered and it practically went to hell after that.
