  • Yes, you communist piece of shit. The idea that someone should be FORCED to join a PRIVATE club in order to WORK is not only sickeningly wrong, but it is also UNCONSTITUTIONAL.

Employment terms should be between the INDIVIDUAL worker and the EMPLOYER. A third party such as a union should not have ability or right to step into this relationship without the consent of BOTH parties.

If you don't agree with me, then you are a COMMUNIST, and as such you deserve to be executed.

  • Right to work = right to starve

This is nothing but an infomercial. Halcyon is right.

  • @IWLocal8 Actually owners did give a 40 hour work week --- his name was Henry Ford, in fact, he invented it. Before that, men would work from sun up to sun down.

  • ***** Super cool *****

  • Propaganda

  • @rippin187 That's how I took your post - wasn't trying to be argumentative - just adding to what I initially wrote.

Always glad to run into another who "gets it".

  • @IWLocal8

    I agree, thats why I am pro-union.

  • @rippin187 We've been building America for over 100 years. If we aren't worth what we're paid, how came we're still around as are the Contractors that hire us?Not everyUnion is perfect, but I can find millions of flaws in nonunion companies. If every employer treated their workers with respect and looked out for their welfare, we wouldn't need Unions.Owners didn't give us a 40 hr work wk,abolish child labor laws, and spend money on safety out of the goodness of their hearts. We died for them

  • @IWLocal8

Some people will never understand that trade unions are most of the time beneficial!

  • @dkrustyklown : Your view point was common in the 19th and early 20th centuries. At that time some employers made workers sign "Yellow Dog" contracts, which forbid them from ever joining a union. Employers also had Blacklists.

Both of those practices were outlawed by the Norris-Laugradria Anti-Injunction Act of 1932.

Since that time the courts have balanced worker rights vs. property rights.
