Links to TAB and UkuleleKorea Original below!!

This is a cover of 'Falling Slowly' by Glen Hansard & Markéta Irglová from the soundtrack to the movie 'Once'. I first preformed my rendition in public at the Novemeber Ukuhooley in Dun Laoghaire, Ireland. It received it's second only rendition at the Ukuhooley Christmas Party in December 2010. I hope you enjoy. If you have any queries on how I play this tune please don't hesitate to comment on the video.

Hope you enjoy!!!

This rendition is from a Tab by UkuleleKorea http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6gXx2YG8-xw

I found the Tab at: http://www.box.net/shared/nnc3huopzo

There was no copyright infringement mean by my recording this. It is a version of the above named song that has been reproduced many times on Youtube already.

  • I am going to have to learn this now- excellent performance, and live was great too :)

  • @UnluckyMum Thanks very much. One of these days I will get around to putting up a tutorial of this, but each time I've tried in the past I kept on messing up.

  • Excellent. Just heard this on a film trailer

  • @krabberscovers Thanks Krabbers. Much appreciated! Hope to see you in Dublin for the Ukulele Festival by the Sea.

  • I totally think a tutorial of this would not be a bad idea at all.

  • @lackjeagans Hey, thanks for the comment. Will look at doing a tutorial over the next few weeks to this. I've not done a tutorial to an instrumental piece yet so will figure out how to break it down into smaller manageable chunks for people to practice.

  • Now you need to do the vocal version. Sounded great in the Kingston bar

  • Simply great!

  • @sarahmaehooray Thank you so much for you kind words. Much appreciated. Makes me want to do another tutorial at some stage. Just have to find the time and the song. If you have any ideas/questions about chords, etc then just drop me a comment and I'll see what I can do.

  • Best cover I've heard
