This is utter nonsense. Rawlings, you're in power for over 15 years. Please tell the people of Ghana what you did to eradicate those problems you are listing. You should be ashamed of yourself that you talk about accountability when the 1992 constitution, which you pioneered protected you with the stupid probity and accountability clauses. Why is he talking too much for nothing??? He was president in Gh for over ten years..I was schooling in Gh and we experienced his pressure. Rawlings thought he was the only intelligent man in Gh and never respected the opposition...If he new better he should have done it when he was in power... Africans countries have got problems with corruption and there are different ways of dealing with this problem..Blaming the Super Powers is not the answer.
