@kstompaint: There is overwhelming evidence that "those who are more fortunate", or the richest of Americans that frequently enjoy tax breaks, fail to reinvest the money into the enconomy in ways that provide occupational opportunity for working citizens.

By "investing in them," you mean stealing from (taxing) productive people to provide for those who are less productive?
Please do us all a favor and allow those who earn the money to keep it. When taxed less, those who are more fortunate will contribute willingly and charitably to those who are less fortunate but still deserving.
