If we do hunt, we could control population and avoid all of those steps above. Responsible people hunt for food. ABC you really are a dummy. By your logic that hunting keeps the population down, therefore keeping mutations out of nature, therefore hunting is helping the species, shows what kind of idiot you really are. Hunting does absolutely nothing to prevent or lower the amount of mutations in nature. Only an idiot would believe so. 99% of wild mutations get rejected by the mother and die. The remaining 1% either develop their mutations later in life and adapt or adapt swiftly after birth.
