  • God bless you all ! Romanian Orthodox.

  • Hello from Greece!

  • @EricTheTexan, lol I agree. God bless him. :D

  • Hi, you can youtube WHY WE ORTHODOX CHRISTIANS PRAY? hope that answears some of your questions.

  • Firstly, read The New Testament, then the explaination of Orthodox Chuch by Kallistos Ware, also his Orthodox Way, but please PRAY and build your life by prayer and study,. Respond to life with love and peace, knowing God is making a holy life for you, Orthodoxy is the correct response that cements this action, "seals" it within the person, and answers the Grace and Mercy of God with a wholehearted AMEN!

  • "Being as Communion, John Zizioulas" is a good book. I am not sure it is the first one you should read though

  • Orthodox is a good thing-- but if you convert, do not become an elitist. You are not better because you are Orthodox. Knowing Christ is vital and that a person reach out to Christ however he or she can. Some people cannot relate to Christ as Orthodox do-- don't put them down. I am an Orthodox, but the biggest turn-off in the church is people within it who laugh at others because they don't "get it."
