I have someone in mind that I plan to hire in the near future when there is a consistent need. Someone that I've known and mentored for years. I don't invite random people into my professional/personal network though. I believe in being helpful to people in general, but only to a degree. That is one of the features I love about youtube. I can share (hopefully) useful (professional/personal) tips with people I'll probably never meet.
