@1906Eddie First of all the Presidents ur speaking of didnt want gold backed currency that sir is a fallacy. What they wanted was interest free currency backed and produced by the u.s treasury. Currency should be backed by real wealth and gold though a commodity is not real wealth in by itself. Real wealth is represented by infrastructure, commodities, human resources, agriculture, manufacturing and technology. It is you who needs to educate himself. Still laughing?
