  • Let's concentrate on the music, shall we? Let's stay on topic.

What are your thoughts on this track? For me it's really chilling, and it can be described in almost all words : happiness, lone, etcetera.

    Also say your gender.

I'm curious about other people's thoughts and opinions similar to my type of music ^^

  • @kingharryL4 Ok, whatever. Apart from that thoughts we don´t share. You re saying what i was saying mentioning michael rother... that this guy has listened too much music!. He´s specialised in that, making it with so much style and so little substance. MBV had both of them, style and substance not to mention a visionary and futuristic sound. If MBV never happened and came out, everyone will think "no band sounds like this, this is completely new and awesome".

  • @p1ngu1no I'm familiar with MBV's discography. This sounds nothing like it.

Dirge has some similarities, but this lp is stripped down Michael Rother style krautrock.

    It is very good.

  • @kingharryL4 You may have a point, i probably was stoned when i heard it. Specially because no band sounds like my bloody valentine. But, please have a listen to MBV "glider" from glider EP. Then tell me if you find at least some similarities. I like death in vegas a lot in style, but not in substance. I always said that richard fearless is a very clever guy, who has listened too much music and knows very well how to be surrounded by the right people. Remember, MBV "glider" ep "glider song".

  • @p1ngu1no

MBV have never recorded anything that closely resembles this. The closest thingMBV related, would be Kevin Sheild's non-reverb tracks on the Lost in Translation OST - i.e those that sounded nothing like MBV.

This lp brings to mind Neu.

  • I'm listening to this while reading MegaTokyo. Really chilling and ideal for comic reading, especially to MegaTokyo. If you haven't seen it before, you should read it (it isn't finished yet, by the way, it's the 11th year they keep drawing it with HAND.)

  • It builds,it builds!it's alive i tell ya!

  • everything they did is very good. Like the Beatles or Talking Heads

  • it´s ok. But My bloody valentine or early sonic youth were doing things like that many years before, but much more interesting. I remember that obscure sonic youth lp called "evol", out of this world.
