Nathan Gann re-enacts the moments before Tim MacNeil's death and suggests a motive. Jurors never got to see his initial statement to police, which a judge ruled inadmissible at trial.
Confession shows some signs of remorse in my opinion. If he would have sat there all smug saying "Man, I didn't do NOTHIN'!" then that would mean he had no regrets. The detectives are trying to get him to confess, sure..that's their job but that doesn't mean that they'll sleep any better than before. They're still human and have to deal with murderer's confessions on a daily basis. Imagine that. The murderer relives that one murder, but detectives have to hear them ALL, from everyone.
they say they wanna help you but they help themselves by using what you said against you in court!! and why the fuck didnt he talk to a lawyer which would have told him not to talk to them, there suppose to let you know you can talk to a lawyer
@YooperViking Continued. Such as poverty. Just because your friendly little yuppie canadian neighborhood didn't have crackheads roaming the streets, doesn't mean other places are just as wholesome. Restricting Law abiding citizen's right to own weapons has been proven, time and time again, to make crime worse. I'm not full of shit either. It has literally been proven, scientifically, many times. Look it up.
@billyysands If you feel "safe" walking the streets at 3 in the morning just because you're in a "Gun Free" zone, You're delusional. Maybe crime was uncommon in your previous place of residence, especially when compared to a shithole like california (Which by the way has more "gun control" than most other states in the u.s.), but there are other factors that contribute to crime in certain areas.
i like most americans but like your nation you are children t you get all upset if you see nudity and think god wants you to keep a gun under your pillow. its really a bit insane. you dont all need to have guns.
most socieites dont and in many ways
they have more freedom and are safer.

This kid is a great actor! "It was horrifying." He delivered that line better than Tom Hanks could!

well fine a 22 rifle is fine but it not an uzi or an ak47, in fact i was just talking to
someone in holland who owns a fnfal
do you know what that is? i'll try and send you a link, they can own pistols and military rifles quite powerful ones
BUT they must be licensed register the weapon and belong to a club
i dont suport banning weapons
merely some rational method of regualting them so they do not fall into the wrong hands
