@shamsky4evr funny that u noticed that. However in the episode "we gather together" in part 3 the part where dan's mom and her date are out on the porch, if you listen carefully you can hear crickets and the leaves are still green. Its supposed to be the end of november, anybody who lives in a climate when winter is actually winter knows that there are no crickets and green leaves. At least where i'm at there is none. :P hehe

Crystal is the quintessential "I am nothing without a man" woman. Dan's words about his father come absolutely true. Ed abandons Crystal every time she really needs him, and she ends up the mother of two more kids under the age of three, with a husband who is never home. And I am certain that Ed was no better than he had to be when he was out on the road, he is "the type": lots of phony charm and a roving eye.
